Dear Patient,
We would like to know how we can improve our services to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a patient participation group so that you can have your say.
The group usually meets 4 times a year and the next meeting is to be confirmed. New members are always welcome so please come along and join us.
The following attachment drawn up by the patient group outlines the general purpose of the group.
During the year we gain your feedback from a number of sources including the friends and family test, the patient survey and the patient participation group.
