Online Access

Access to online services can be made using:

  • NHS Application
  • PATCHs

Services Currently Available

  1. Book, view and cancel appointments,
  2. View and request repeat prescriptions,
  3. View your summary care record,
  4. Submit questions and messages,
  5. View your electronic medical record.

In order to access these services you will need to read the information sheet and complete an application form. You will need to bring your completed application form to the surgery in person along with proof of ID.

The application process is different depending on which services you wish to access.

Parents can apply to have access to their child’s on line service, if the child is between 0 and 11 years. In this instance the proxy application should be completed. Please note we will require proof of ID for both yourself and your child.

 When a child reaches 11 years of age the access will automatically be cancelled by the surgery.

Online access is available for patients between 11 to 16 years providing there is sufficient understanding and intelligence to be capable of making up their own mind on the matter requiring decision. there is an application form available to complete below.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

What the NHS App does

  • get advice about coronavirus – get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it.
  • order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.
  • book appointments – search for, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments.
  • check your symptoms – search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice or medical help near you.
  • register your organ donation decision – choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision.
  • find out how the NHS uses your data – choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning.
  • view parts of your GP record – including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.
